Everybody talks about a clean and climate-friendly future of power generation and consumption based on hydrogen. Until now, the biggest part of the production of hydrogen is neither green nor affordable on an industrial scale.

Not with UNIWASTEC®!

With our IWT® System´s technology, we use slurry, waste-, or seawater as raw material for the generation of clean water (up to drinking water quality) or green hydrogen, both completely outperforming any conventional technology regarding costs and efficiency. The process even produces an additional product: pure oxygen, ready to be marketed.

One ton of wastewater yields either 0.9 tons of clean drinking water or 77 kg of green hydrogen. Drinking water has become a very rare and valuable product in many parts of the world. We make wastewater drinkable, anywhere.
Our green hydrogen is of exceptionally high quality (industrial purity grade > 5.0 / 99.999x%), and this at a fraction of the cost of any conventional methods.
We have a technological lead of at least 15 years.

Thermal recovery of waste is usually a quite expensive, not very efficient way of waste disposal, harming people’s health and the environment with highly toxic emissions and large amounts of residuals.

Not with UNIWASTEC®!

With our INTEC® technology, we use solid waste as a raw material to generate power. 

The patent-secured INTEC® Thermolytic Cracking Process (INTEC-TCP®) technology involves a closed, and thus completely emission-free, thermal waste treatment system, producing a high calorific synthetic gas with an energy content of up to 10 kWh/Ncbm, which drives a combined cycle power generation plant. Thus, our energy efficiency is three times higher than any waste incineration plant can provide.

Additionally, net savings of at least 300 kg of CO2 equivalents are generated with each ton of waste, which result in supplementary income by CO2 certificate trading.

The current production of biofuels (RME) or synthetic fuels (E-fuels) is quite expensive (> EUR 2.00/kg), low efficient, and with respect to RME and ethanol, using energy crop from agricultural land, which is ecologically of great negative impact.

Not with UNIWASTEC®!

We are using any type of agricultural or other organic waste, converting it into 100% green, third generation catalytic fuel by catalytic processes. From three tons of organic waste our KatFuel® technology produces one ton of catalytic fuel at a quality standard corresponding to EN 590. We are capable of producing high quality diesel, gasoline, or kerosine.

Our technology outperforms any kind of synthetic fuel, which may come to the market within the next 25 years.

There are billions of tons of agricultural waste produced worldwide every year. We use it as a raw material for catalytic fuel production.
